Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing & Delivery Times Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 days, meaning you can expect your order within 4–8 days of placing it. We dispatch 7 days a week, so weekend orders won't sit waiting until Monday.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm payment — no surprises.

Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
