Returns & Refunds Policy

All items sold by SASQUATCHΒ© are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Changes and Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may have entered production and cannot be changed or cancelled


Right to Cancel (14 Days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this period.


Returning an Item

If you choose to cancel your order, you must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with any original packaging where possible.


Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product and the original standard delivery charge. Any additional delivery upgrades are non-refundable.

We may make a deduction from the refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or diminished value beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof of return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including any delivery costs, in accordance with your statutory rights.
